Conferencia: «VOD recommendation engine architecture»

Conferencia a cargo de Salah Safi, MBC Group y estudiante de doctorado en la Universidad de Granada.
Abstract: The author will discuss the complete architecture for a recommendation system for a video on demand product, and how to build a recommendation system based on Collaborative Filtering and Matrix factorization, starting from data gathering and engineering of a big data problem, and then generating implicit ratings matrix and use that to recommend best content to the end user. The architecture, the technology stack and the algorithms used will be detailed.
