Tareas:

SunGard is looking for Junior Support Engineer to join the Client Services team and provide support to a key client in Madrid on the product Stream RIMS. The solution SunGard’s Stream RIMS is an agile, highly scalable and real-time middle and back-office system for securities that provides speed and efficiency across markets and instruments, helping you serve investors in the global securities markets. – Provide functional and technical support on issues, requests and resolution of incidents – Perform training, support, installations and maintenance for RIMS components installed at the clients managed. – Manage customer incidents: data analysis, log tracing, replication of issues, follow-up and testing. – Make sure incidents are resolved in time and manner. – Logging and timely updating and closing of issues in SunGard systems and customer systems. – Liaising with SunGard support teams to track progress of issues and get updates to pass to the client and to provide / coordinate further researches and analysis – Analyse Clients needs and escalate to appropriate business side for follow-up. Provide the Clients with an estimated arrival date for enhancements and bug fixes. – Provide general technical assistance to clients testing / implementation tasks. – Provide input to the management to continually improve overall department effectiveness and operating efficiency.
