Requisitos:

IMPRESCINDIBLES:
-MENOR DE 30 AÑOS
-MOVILIDAD GEOGRÁFICA NACIONAL

VALORABLES:
-INGLÉS Y/O FRANCÉS A NIVEL AVANZADO
-ERASMUS U OTRAS EXPERIENCIAS INTERNACIONALES
-MBA O MÁSTER RELACIONADO CON LA DIRECCIÓN COMERCIAL/MARKETING
-EXPERIENCIA EN EL SECTOR COMERCIO/RETAIL

Tareas:
El programa consiste en consolidar al participante en:
– Oficio y conocimiento del negocio.
– Estilo de management participativo.
– Identificación cultural: valores, proyecto de empresa a través de experiencia en el terreno, acciones formativas, acompañamiento tutor.

Condiciones laborales:

• CONTRATO INDEFINIDO ORDINARIO
• SALARIO SEGÚN CONVENIO
