Requisitos:

• 3 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA RELACIONADA
• 1 AÑO DE EXPERIENCIA EN ADMINISTRACIÓN
• INGLÉS NIVEL AVANZADO
• USUARIO/A HABITUAL DE MS OFFICE

Tareas:

• Recommend products to suit customer needs, proactively upselling where appropriate
• Deal with customer queries in a professional manner and suggest creative solutions for any issues
• Maintain brand consistency when uploading new products to the online store
• Ensure the online store is aligned with sales objectives
• Set and achieve goals for targeted unit sales and profit margins
• Collaborate with marketing to provide actionable reports on traffic volume
• Manage content to drive conversion rates for assigned markets
• Stay uptodate with competitor activity and digital trends
• Identify and report technical issues and potential fraud.

Condiciones laborales:

• CONTRATO INDEFINIDO ORDINARIO
• SALARIO SEGÚN CONVENIO (APROX. 40.000 EUROS/AÑO MÁS 20% BONO
