Granada
Web: http://personal.us.es/adan/granada17.htm
Presentation:
To celebrate the existence of the only trapped-ion laboratory in Spain, and to stimulate its development towards applications in quantum information and research in fundamental physics, we are pleased to announce the First Workshop on Trapped-ion Experiments and Foundations of Quantum Theory, to take place from Monday October 30th to Wednesday November 1st, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Granada, with the support of the Institute Carlos I of Theoretical and Computational Physics and RITCE.
The idea of the workshop is to have invited talks on recent research in the interplay between trapped-ion experiments, quantum information and foundations of physics, followed by open discussions. Attendance to the talks is open.
