Information about the position:
TET ESTEL is looking for Techniical Director.
Job description:
 Define the policy for technical development of the enterprise.
 Administer the enterprise’s technical services;
 Manage project activities in cooperation with science and technology-based organizations and educational institutions;
 Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies in the effectiveness of new engineering developments;
 Take measures to ensure faster mastering of advanced engineering developments and the most up-to-date materials in the production and extensive use of scientific and technological developments;
 Supervise the preparation and implementation of plans for building a technical staff.
Requirements for a candidate:
 Degree in engineering; work experience in the development of converter equipment must not be less than 5 years;
 Work experience in the organization of design works and management of a team of engineers;
 Must be fluent in Russian and English;
 Computer skills: MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Inventor;
 Analytical and decision-making skills;
 Teamwork and social skills, stress resistance;
 Mobility skills and willingness to business trips;
