Chaired Professor in Media and Communication Studies Pitea Background: The Department of Arts, Communication and Education (KKL) is seeking a Chair Professor in Media and Communication Studies, to be based at the Department of Media, Sound Engineering and Theater (MLUT) in Piteå. MLUT offers three media production programs: Journalism and new media, Radio Production and new media and Television Production and new media. Plans exist to merge the three programs into one program, which will integrate Media and Communication Studies with productionoriented courses to prepare students for the changing media landscape.
