The University of Graz invites the Arqus community to their Graz University Erasmus Staff Training (GUEST) Week from 24 to 28 November 2025.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to discuss internationalisation in higher education at the University of Graz and to get to know the city and the university. Registration is open until 1 September.
This year’s GUEST Week will focus on the exchange of proven strategies and implementations on current issues relating to the internationalisation of higher education. Current issues will be discussed, and a look into the future will be taken. The programme includes sessions on the future of the Erasmus+ programme, inclusion initiatives, Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes and Erasmus+ KA171.
When and where does the GUEST Week take place?
The University of Graz hosts the GUEST Week biennially in Graz, Austria. The next Graz University Erasmus Staff Training Week 2025 will take place from 24 to 28 November.
Registrations are possible until 1 September. All interested parties will be informed by mid-September whether they have been selected as a participant.

Knowledge and culture
However, the entire week will not only focus on knowledge exchange. The aim is also to strengthen existing collaborations and find new opportunities for cooperation. An extensive cultural programme also awaits the participants. Both the university campus and the city of Graz will be explored.
