We are looking for two dedicated, result-oriented and responsible Process Engineers to join our Manufacturing Engineering group. The group that currently consists of 7 engineers is responsible for providing the site operations with the highest levels of equipment, instrumentation, and facility performance and compliance.

Your Job and Key Responsibilities:
Your primary focus as a Process Engineer will be to provide engineering, technical support and troubleshooting for all process equipment and technical operations within either our Cell Culture or Purification area. You will, in co-operation with our validation, quality and other units, oversee validation testing and review final reports.
You will provide engineering support and project management as required for new process equipment installations and modifications to existing equipment by performing the following tasks:
• You take full ownership of your area of responsibility
• You will work cross-functionally together with Manufacturing, Validation, Quality and Automation
• Troubleshoot equipment and support Manufacturing and Validation functions
• Assess equipment needs and generate equipment specifications for fabrication or purchase
• Help implement new manufacturing processes for new products or modifications to existing products
• Investigate process or equipment failures and implement changes to avoid future occurrences
• Ensure equipment compliance
• You will be part of the team’s on-call support
 
Your profile:
The ideal candidate has a relevant degree in combination with 3-5 years experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment and solid knowledge of cell culture or purification, alternative fermentation processes and processing equipment.
To achieve success you will need a systematic and analytical approach and be able to maintain the general view when working on several projects simultaneously and deliver your tasks in due time.

Furthermore you have the ability to communicate constructively with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
 
In addition, it is expected that you have:
• Knowledge and/or application of GMP and EMEA/FDA regulations
• Competency in MS Office package
