  • Rainbows
  • Halos
  • Glories
  • Coronas
  • Iridescence
  • Sky color and polarization
  • Atmospheric visibility
  • Refraction effects
  • Crepuscular rays
  • Contrast phenomena
  • Clouds
  • Optics of lightning
  • Sun and moon
  • Stars
  • Auroras
  • The green flash
  • Mirages
  • Shadows
  • Optics of dust, soil and rocks
  • Colors created by absorption and scattering in water and air

Following the format of previous “Light and Color in Nature” meetings, the Conference will have a single call for papers and a coordinated scientific review process. All papers will be double-blind peer-reviewed by at minimum of 2 referees from the International Scientific Committee. All submissions will be reviewed for originality, significance, clarity, impact, and soundness.
