{"id":1172,"date":"2022-03-01T10:12:25","date_gmt":"2022-03-01T09:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal.ugr.es\/UGR2031\/?post_type=propuesta&#038;p=1172"},"modified":"2023-02-12T20:09:55","modified_gmt":"2023-02-12T19:09:55","slug":"alcanzar-un-modelo-de-gobernanza-mas-horizontal-y-participativo-que-de-lugar-a-una-gestion-mas-agil-y-transparente-con-estructuras-polivalentes-que-respondan-a-un-entorno-cambiante-y-digital","status":"publish","type":"propuesta","link":"https:\/\/canal.ugr.es\/UGR2031\/en\/propuesta\/alcanzar-un-modelo-de-gobernanza-mas-horizontal-y-participativo-que-de-lugar-a-una-gestion-mas-agil-y-transparente-con-estructuras-polivalentes-que-respondan-a-un-entorno-cambiante-y-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"To implement a more horizontal and\nparticipatory governance model that allows\nfor more agile and transparent management,\nwith multipurpose structures that respond to\na digital and changing landscape"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"text-serif has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In view of the transformations taking place in society across\nall levels, the concept of governance needs to be\nreformulated to respond both to the decline of the traditional\nmanagement model based on hierarchical and rigid structures,\nand to the need for new forms of government that are more\nnimble, flexible, coordinated and supported by digitalisation.\nFaced with this situation, our institution needs to transform its\nprocedures, rely on multifaceted technical-administrative\nstructures, and firmly commit itself to an ICT-oriented\ngovernance and functional structure that can respond much\nmore quickly to changes in the environment, as well as drive\nnew processes and\/or redesign existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"text-serif has-ast-global-color-0-color has-text-color wp-block-heading\"><strong>How?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">By moving towards a governance model built on participation,\ncollaboration, coordination and a strong commitment to\ndigitalisation, placing value on a more horizontal management\napproach oriented towards finding agreements in the exercise\nof institutional functions, and in line with principles of\nresponsibility, transparency and accountability. By taking\nadvantage of technologies at the service of management (big\ndata, artificial intelligence, online administration, among\nothers to ensure that, in the next decade, the UGR becomes\nan institution with an innovative, agile and transparent\nmanagement that responds quickly to changes in the\nenvironment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns no-EN is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:20%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:80%\">\n<h4 class=\"text-serif wp-block-heading\"><strong>Acciones prioritarias<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Implicar <\/strong>al personal de gesti\u00f3n en la misi\u00f3n y objetivos de la Universidad, otorg\u00e1ndoles verdadero protagonismo en la toma de decisiones y en el cambio organizativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Potenciar <\/strong>espacios de trabajo colaborativo, generaci\u00f3n de ideas y gesti\u00f3n interfuncional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apostar <\/strong>decididamente por una pol\u00edtica de gesti\u00f3n de recursos humanos que prime fundamentalmente la captaci\u00f3n de talento mediante la b\u00fasqueda de perfiles profesionales cualificados que respondan a las necesidades reales de la instituci\u00f3n y a los retos a los que se enfrentar\u00e1 en el futuro derivados de la necesaria transformaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alinear <\/strong>la estrategia de la instituci\u00f3n en todas sus funciones con la internacionalizaci\u00f3n y la transformaci\u00f3n digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fomentar <\/strong>el trabajo en redes institucionales de car\u00e1cter informal para impulsar sinergias y conducir a procesos de transformaci\u00f3n mediante aprendizajes compartidos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9?
