The proposals contained in this document must be implemented through the successive annual and biannual master plans developed by the different governing teams; the individual master plans and strategies of the faculties\/schools, units and services themselves; and the UGR Quality Policy; all of which must be perfectly aligned with the pillars and strategic lines of the Plan. These master plans, which are more operational and executive in nature, will define the objectives and specific actions to be developed in the short term, as well as the indicators to assess the degree to which these objectives and actions are being fulfilled. In turn, this will facilitate the progressive monitoring of the level of success achieved in implementing the Strategic Plan over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This document has not been conceived with the idea of leaving it unchanged over the coming decade. Rather, in the same spirit that has guided its development, it will be monitored and periodically evaluated with a view to updating and improving it, in accordance with the principles of participation and transparency. The Governing Council, as the body in charge of determining the University's strategic lines and the guidelines for their application, will establish the relevant procedures and will be\nresponsible for monitoring and updating the Strategic Plan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Now that the Strategic Plan has been completed and approved by the UGR governing bodies (Social Council, Senate and Governing Council), an equally important new stage begins: the implementation, monitoring and control of the proposals included in this document. The execution of the Plan must be a dynamic process, adapted to the established timeframe,\nand must involve all of the institution's units and services, as well as the entire university community.
